Yes. Monthly plans cancel at the end of the current billing period; you keep access until it ends and nothing renews after that.

If you cancel within 14 days of first payment and haven't downloaded more than five premium resources, we refund in full.

Is VAT included for schools?

School prices are shown excluding VAT. VAT is added at the prevailing UK rate on your invoice; state schools can supply an exemption reference.

What happens if we add or remove seats mid-year?

Seats are prorated automatically. Adding seats charges the remaining period only; removing seats credits your next invoice.
