Data we collect
Account details (name, email, role, school), usage data (searches, downloads, activity completions) and billing data processed by our payment provider. We never collect pupil email addresses.
Pupil data
Pupils join with a class code and a display name only. Pupil analytics are aggregated and anonymised before appearing in any report, and no third-party advertising or tracking scripts run on pupil-facing surfaces.
Storage and retention
Data is stored in the UK/EU. Account data is deleted within 30 days of a verified deletion request; anonymised aggregate statistics may be retained.
Your rights
You can request access, correction, export or deletion of your data at any time by emailing privacy@keystagehub.co.uk.
